Astrophotograhy

Yes this is my new hobby....... Never would of thought.

My telescope that I ordered is a Celestron DX Edge 1100 HD its on back order

This is how big it is.

I got a Canon 450D for taking pics with this and a little work with Photoshop I will be taking pictures like this.

Its here...... Its huge.

Now my next big investment is to get a house with a nice backyard and build a observatory.

Observatory for backyard..... I like the roll top roof style.

Awesome! You're in Plymouth, right? How is it with all the city lights and stuff? I'm in Ramsey and it's pretty dark in my neighborhood.

Plymouth isn't bad but I have a little window between the house and trees. I'm looking to buying a house I hope this year and I would like to get a nice yard that's open and out west more. I work out in Buffalo which would be nice to find a place out there.

I still have a lot to learn on Astrophotography so its going to be awhile before my first successful picture.

Buffalo is nice. Can still get cable and DSL, but quiet and rural enough to get a nice view of the stars. I really like where our new place is at too. No gunplay, no break-ins.. It's nice.

Make sure you get some nice comet shots this year! Seems that there's plenty of opportunity.
