SO...

Post by XMEN Ashaman DTM »

Do you guys think it would be worth it to get NWN (which I have waited for), and Morrowind?

I plan on getting Planetside (unless it's pay-to-play...then I'll definitely have to think about it).

I think I'll definitely think about it if the other two are pay-to-play as well.

<left>Dragon Talon Mercenary
Member of the XMEN
Have a Nice Day!

"Politics, war, martial arts;
these are tools to bend the
universe to your will."</left>

NWN isn't pay-to-play. And I WILL get into it, but probably not too deeply before this fall. I know I plan to try my hand at a little DM'ing with it.

Planetside could be the game to pull finally us away from Tribes proper, as a group. I dunno. It does seem like a good successor.
XMEN member
Card-carrying DTM
OKL Fish-napper

Though a program be but three lines long,
someday it will have to be maintained.
- The Tao of Programming
Life is complex; it consists of real and imaginary parts.

I think I'm picking up NWN and Morrowind today. NWN I have a reservation for, but recently I've started taking a huge interest in Morrowind.

Planetside *does* look like the next, best successor to Tribes.

Morrowind and NWN at the same time? You are a brave man
<img src="http://www.rit.edu/~mbt1074/Angel%20Sig ... "0">
We are right, praying metal tonight. The message from hell, and it's spell.
Even Satan wears leather, our souls to it forever. So let us pray our rules this night.

If you want a single player game, buy morrowind.

If you want to play online with friends buy nwn.

If you are willing to kiss away all your free time, buy both <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

NWN has a single player campaign but it can also be played co-op online. And it's much more enjoyable with other people. Morrowind is graphically beautiful, and will suck you in, but has no multi-player at all.

And Planetside will definately be pay to play.

-LoS-Malthus

Lords of Steel

"Everyone can be taught to sculpt: Michelangelo would have had to be taught not to. I can't buy any games for awail, so I will just get back into my old games. Still working on the same old Barbarian that I started Diablo 2 with, he is so close to getting level 60 now.
-LoS-TimberWolfvehicle specilist

Click here for wierd creatures.

"Don't Drink And Drive, Get High And Fly Home" said by Neckhole
"To Love A Woman Is To Know Heaven And Hell Personaly" Don't Recal Who Said This
