Remote PC Access

I need a reliable, <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><em>affordable</em><!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> Remote access solution, so I can fix problems on my parents' PC and not have to talk them through EVERY step of doing something. It normally goes something like this:<br><br>Me: Okay, click on Start, then run, and in the entry field type C M D.<br><br>Them: Okay..... (5 minutes later) OK, I typed C M B. Now what?<br><br>Me: No no no no... C M D. D as in David.<br><br>Them: Oh- ok. (2 more minutes elapse) Ok, I typed that, now what? <br><br>Me: Hit enter.<br><br>Them: My keyboard doesn't say enter.. It says return.<br><br>Me: (Starting to get visibly Angry now..) Fine. Hit return then.<br>(2 MORE minutes elape....)<br><br>And you can see how a typical afternoon could be potentially wasted when I could just as easily connect remotely and fix the problem.<br><br>They've got winXp Home, and I'm using WinXP Pro.
