Well, yes. If the budget was a little higher I'd recommend a Radeon 9600 (not SE). But I'm trying to work with the parameters given. <p></p><i></i>

Let ask this also:<br><br>Will the fact that he's only running a 1200 Athlon CPU , act as a choke point and not really see an improvement?
