OMG just got my vid card insrtalled 
I jumped my settings from 1024x786
to 1200x800 something and everything cranked up in CSS.
Went from 25-35 fps to 180-225.....
I almost wet myself..

Hammer, make sure you crank up the ingame detail levels also. That will make your games much more realistic.
