Well, I got my ti4200...

... but there's a problem somewhere, because I can't complete the 3dmark benchmark suite. The durn thing locks up my machine, different places. Gets through the truck thing fine. Locks on Dragothic high. Tried skipping Dragothic - locks up on Lobby high. Successfully runs the demo scenes, though. We'll see how it does tonight at Tribes.<br><br>One possibility- My system DRAM is PC100, but I'm running it at PC133 speeds. I have to if my AMD 1800 is going to run like it should. Test: set the FSB back down to 100 and see if that does it. Solution: Buy 2 sticks of 256 MB DDR<br><br>Another possiblity- card no good or overheating. It does run pretty hot, but there's a built-on fan that seems to blow pretty goot. My case temp is good these days, so I dunno. Test: crank the core speed down to see if it increases stability. Solution: RMA?<br><br>Any other ideas? Appears to be FSB issue. Completed benchmark at 100MHz FSB.<br><br>My score was almost 7000. My GF2 was almost 4000, and there were parts of it I couldn't run. We'll have to see what happens if I tweak it out and bump the FSB. I was having similar problems Gambit, but I wasn't OCing my RAM at all.... I dunno... I had 10800 even with the stuttering problems... Yup, that appears to have been it. Picked up some PC2100 and now it runs like a champ. Great! It appears, on first glance, that the New PSU did the trick. (It came today.) I put in a new DVD-ROM Drive today as well, and I put in Blackhawk Down, and there was no stuttering in sound or video running full screen....
