There should have been a blue CD in the box with it that say's "Mainboard" on it. It will autorun and it will automatically detect what drivers need to be loaded for that OS. It will then reboot several times and your done. <br><br>But, unless you removed the "enum" folder from your registry then you will continue to have this problem as there is some driver already designated for a device, and that device is no longer there. soo.... what say i DO get an OS CD and reformat and reinstall the OS... it will at least allow me to get into the OS still to install the drivers right? <p></p><i></i>

Affirmative. After you get the OS up then I recommend that you load the Video drivers next....makes it easier to see everything. Then put in the Motherboard drivers CD and let it run. <br><br>Then Modem drivers, etc.<br><br>You can go see what drivers were not loaded by right clicking on MY COMPUTER, selecting properties, then Hardware, then Devices??? I forget...we have NT up here. Look down the devices list and look for the Yellow Exclamation point. Right click on it(properties) and it will tell you why it failed to load. <br><br>With that ECS motherboard the only things that you should have to load will probably be the Vid Card and Modem drivers.<br>Everything else is integrated into the Motherboard. If you need my help I will send you my phone number, send me an email if you need it. I have built 4 systems with that exact motherboard in the last month.
