I'd lean away from the OCZ PSU. Even a lower watt seasonic, corsair or thermaltake will have better internals.
I just picked up a Toshiba 3TB HDD for $125(Hitachi internals)
Going to do this backwards due to the view in the forums.
i7-3770, if you're certain he is never going to o/c, then yes, this is the best price for this chip online atm. if you order in a few days or have a microcenter/frys near by the price is definately going to be cheaper on any given day, or possibly same price for a'k' version.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820148561 this will save you $20 on crucial ballstix memory if you buy 2 of these sets for $89.99 each, though i could shop it a bit more and possibly save you more with a different brand(personally I"m hooked on the low voltage low height samsung ram, but its only in 4gb sticks)
The HDD market is fun right now, I think you could get 1 larger volume for much less, but I'm getting redundant. If they need 3 drives, that set up can work, though I'm wary of Seagates in general.
Did you already see that this motherboard comes witha free stick or ram?maybe that's what you were using, but just in case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813157293 though this is a little bit higher latency than the 4 sticks I posted above. If you decided to go this route and shave a few bucks a single stick is $49.99 at newegg or $44.95 at amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008TC ... ynadata-20
To fill out the rest of the 32GB I'd go with a 2-stick set $94.99 @ the egg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820148545
This would bring your ram down to $139.94 using the free stick, amazon stick(matched the model #s for compatibility) and the 2-stick set(also same model #s).
That is currently the best deal on that specific powercolor 7950.
If you're set on the OCZ PSU and live anywhere near a microcenter(or heck if you do the math even with shipping it saves a couple of bucks off of newegg.) there's this deal $149 after rebate(+$16 shipping if you aren't near the mc):
http://www.microcenter.com/product/356836/_
MC can even save you a couple of bucks off of MS Windows 8 Pro 64($129 + $3.50 shipping if you aren't close to one):
http://www.microcenter.com/product/402703/_
Nice looking rig and probably lots of fun, though are they doing CAD or 3d work to need all that ram?

newp. This is a guy who has more money than sense, and wants to have a screaming game machine he doesnt have to upgrade anytime soon. He also wanted his case to be pretty, so we WAY overpaid for that, to get him the one he wanted.
3TB of HDD space is actually going to turn into 2TB. I wanted to build him a SSD for the OS and 2TB in RAID0 to get his games stored on, but we still wouldve had to get a backup drive in case the raid broke. Opted to put 3HDs into a RAID 5 and call it a day there.
I live in houston, there is a microcenter down the road. But given the amount of traffic in the city, I'm not braving that for a $20 savings. Some of the other deals you posted Nilk I will definitely pursue.

Why not any ssds?
Here's a 500gb for $295
http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/89352/b ... mz7td500bw
I use a 240GB for games and while I have to rotate the games into HDD "storage" it sure does kill the load times for games.
