Hat: Well, I thought it was goal to shoot for. Dunno when the next one's coming out, though.. shouldn't be too long.<br><br>Asha: Glad you liked that ending... I was looking for a good stopping-place for this part.<br><br>Just for a bit of scale and a fun aside, as the Great Civil War won't be brought into the main focus of the story again, here's a list of warriors and casualties over the eighty-year timespan of the War.<br><br>Warriors:<br><br>The Fifteen Hives:<br>Produced: 110,000,000<br>Lost: 85,000,000<br><br>Rebel Hive:<br>Produced: 18,000,000<br>Lost: 18,000,000<br><br>Keep in mind, this <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><i> is</i><!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> over eighty years, and these Queens don't have any mechanized forces at all, or even an air force. The rebels were <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><i> extremely</i><!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> dangerous in battle, as you can see from the numbers. Also, armies of that size tend to do ridiculous amounts of damage to the ecology of the planet--<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><i> Chat-Ka</i><!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> was made pretty well uninhabitable because of the Great Civil War.<br><br>If you're trying to picture what these guys were like in battle, think of the bugs from <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><i> Starship Troopers</i><!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->--they've been my main inspiration as far as the mass battles between Hives go. Except they're not as big (only 7' tall like Bug) and they're using hand-weapons instead of claws and pincers.
