Anyone know how to get the Tribes Ascend key off of my desktop so I can put it on my laptop to play while on the road???

I dont want to have two accounts and have to reacquire all my skills.

Did you try logging in to your account after installing the Hi-Rez app? I would imagine you wouldn't have to use the key again, kind of like WoW or even Global Agenda.. If I remember right, aren't the Beta keys single use, so you can't see / copy them after use?

Works now...for some reason the other night it would not allow me in.

Also my new laptop has that dual Intel / Geforce combo where it uses the low power consumption Intel card for basic graphics until it detects the need for the more powerful GeForce card. Had to do some tweaking but now it works great for Tribes. The bummer is my mouse is one of those travel mini mice..I want to find a full size bluetooth one to connect for gaming.

So far so good. Put VMware on it the other night now need to load Server 2008 and Sharepoint on it for some work related testing.

Ice: I've got a Microsoft Mobile Wireless Mouse 4000 for my laptop. Works great, doesn't go through batteries all that fast (a few months for each one, with nearly constant use by my wife and I).

Also, it's almost the size of a full desktop mouse (I have MS Laser Mouse 6000).

I just keep a nice USB powered Optical mouse in my laptop bag.. That way I don't have to carry extra batteries....
