Saw TRON Legacy today

And was a little disappointed. I guess it was missing some of the magic and mystery of the first one. (Maybe it was too much exposition -- that's killed many a movie.) The special effects were great, of course! There was even a so-so plot. The actor for the main character, Sam Flynn, was pretty good in the part but Jeff Bridges actually got more screen time, I think. Had a number of nods to the first movie with varying degrees of subtlety (is playing Journey in the arcade subtle?) Anyway, I guess I'd give it 3/5 stars since I did enjoy it more than not.

I would agree with you but if you like to see special effects on the big screen (or in 3d) you might want to see in the theater. Just a thought. :)

Death to 3D.. not worth it, IMO.

The special effects were awesome. Olivia Wilde == nice, very nice. Jeff Bridges == pretty good.

Story was probably a C-/B+ IMO.

Definitely one to see in the theater though.

And if you can stay with the philosophical stuff, it makes for an interesting view on what the characters say.
