Real NTFS support in Linux!

This linux project seems to be the first one to really allow full file-system operations in Linux on an NTFS partition. Previously you could get libraries to read NTFS files and directories, but writing was iffy at best. This project does it by actually using MSoft's own NTFS library, and emulating certain parts of the Windows kernel for it. So it sounds pretty safe.
Combined with something like Transgaming's WineX so that you can play even late-model Windows games under Linux, this is going to make smoothly transitioning to Linux WAY easier.

Yay Penguin Power!

XMEN member
Card-carrying DTM
OKL Fish-napper

Though a program be but three lines long, someday it will have to be maintained.
The Tao of Programming
