I've never had stomach flu. I've had food poisoning though. It's almost exactly like it. Oh but it wasn't okay!<br><br>I felt every single muscle in my body tense up as I was doing my thing trying to get rid of the bad stuff in my guts. I actually felt my abs clamp down harder than any exercise could ever do. I can tell you that there was a darn good chance that my entire intestinal tract was squeezed. Asha I know EXACTLY how you feel. Got food poisoning from somthing (probally pizza that had been out a little too long) I couldn't keep anything down... or in (if you know what I mean) ended up going to the emergency room so they could pump me full of fluids to replace all the stuff I lost. I've had both food poisoning and flu (not at the same time...) and I think the flu is worse.
