In the first oral argument regarding various motions to compel discovery, the judge told SCO to show the code in question. The code that they claim they hold copyright to, that they claim IBM has illegally contributed to the Linux kernel. They have 30 days. IBM does not have to show its entire base of AIX code, as SCO had demanded, at least at this time.<br><br>Basically, SCO got justifiably walked on.
