Have you seen <!--EZCODE UNDERLINE START--><span style="text-decoration:underline">Bowling for Columbine</span><!--EZCODE UNDERLINE END-->?<br><br>At one point, Michael Moore (director/"star") asks the producer of the TV show, COPS, something like, "Why not have Corporate COPS? I mean, Cops is exciting enough, but people are going to love sitting down in front of the TV and watching their boss running down the street in his fine italian suit and leather briefcase, tripping around corners and trying to climb fences, and then seeing the cops throw him to the ground and beat him up. That's ratings! I mean, a guy gets beat up for stealing a wallet... these guys are stealling millions of dollars! Shouldn't they get the Cops special?"<br><br>The producer replies, "Yeah, that would be good, but corporate take downs don't really go like that. The cops phone the guy up, tell him they're sending some officers down, and he usually goes along quietly. No handcuffs, and it's all very polite. The cops will treat this guy who's stolen millions of dollars like he's a member of the city council..." *grins* "which, sometimes, he'll be." <p></p><i></i>

Bowling for Columbine was a fantastic movie/documentary/whatever. <p></p><i></i>

I have not seen it yet. But I have heard the movie makes EXCELLENT points about some things. But that they also occur later in the movie.<br><br> <p></p><i></i>

I have it just havent been able to watch it yet. I've heard its good. <br><br>Why do you think he is the evil? Cuz he brings out the truth? I have always liked his way to bring things out to the public and he does it without injurying or law breaking. I went to his website and I see little truth... I see name calling, distortions of truth, and lots of anger with little thought behind it. Only movie of his I really like is Canadian Bacon.<br><br>And I really, really like it<br><br>It makes a lot of political commentary but does it in an intelligent and humerous way. In Bowling for Columbine he made comments, but also passed judgement on his subject at the same time.
